Sometimes we can get lost in the twists and turns of our lives, so it's very important to have the right people by our side who can act as bridges to unexplored territories.

In my life, I have had mentors who helped me solve difficult life puzzles, encouraged me to take steps at tricky crossroads, and shared their wisdom when I needed it most. Therefore, I am here to help you.

I sincerely believe that just as one candle can light thousands of others without losing its flame, we too become more complete when we share our experiences with others.

A brief overview of my career 👇:
• Since 2022, I have been working as a project manager at the Bank of Lithuania.
I am responsible for the Newcomer Programme, which is designed for potential financial market participants seeking to obtain a license in Lithuania and want to consult before starting the official licensing process. I oversee the payments and credit market, focus on attracting new participants, and work on reducing banking concentration in Lithuania. I also work on other tasks and projects related to the development of the Lithuanian financial sector.
• I worked for 6.5 years at the commercial bank Swedbank.
Like many, I started my banking career in the consultation center. I advised private clients on everyday services, loans, savings, investments, insurance, and other matters. Later, I shifted my career direction to the Know Your Customer (KYC) area. I analyzed customer activities, monitored financial transactions, established business relationships with clients, and assessed whether customers complied with anti-money laundering and terrorist financing prevention measures.
• I worked as a sales manager in several advertising agencies.
I was responsible for Google and Facebook advertising, website creation, SEO, AdWords, and remarketing. I made every effort to understand clients' needs and find the most suitable advertising solutions.

• In 2022, I obtained a Master’s degree in Project Management.
• In 2018, I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Creative and Cultural Industries (Communication).
• In 2015, I obtained a professional diploma in Banking Operations Management.

• Since February 2024, I have been a mentor on the PushFar platform.
• Since March 2023, I have been a mentor on the Idialogue platform.
• Since December 2022, I have been a volunteer at the Gyvi Gali organization.

Interesting facts about me 🤩:
• I sing in the MRU women's choir. As a volunteer, I am responsible for promoting the choir's activities on social media and managing the private and public Facebook accounts.
• I create a YouTube channel about rally @RallyWatchers. The channel's vision is to share videos from various rally competitions with those who do not have the opportunity to attend in person.
• I believe in lifelong learning. I am constantly looking for ways to improve and learn. I frequently participate in various seminars, courses, and read books.
• I am a vegetarian. If you're curious, I invite you to watch the film "Earthlings."
• I love to travel. In 2024, I visited India, where I was able to witness a 24/7 open-air crematorium 😮.
• I love animals. I have two dogs and a cat.
• I live in the countryside, where I have a garden, greenhouse, and vegetable patch.
