About

Hello, I am a certified coaching specialist, psychotherapist (CBT - cognitive behavioral therapy). Most clients come to me for self-realization issues.
We have all the answers within ourselves, it is important to be able and willing to discover them. Real change after sessions comes from finding the answers within yourself, transforming your resistances and taking purposeful steps towards your goals.

During the coaching sessions, I help to clarify clients vision, to see what is stopping them from creating the life they want. Through targeted questions I help the client to find their own answers, to create a strategy to achieve their goals. In each individual case, I recommend the most suitable techniques for clients in their specific situation - coaching, psychotherapy or mentoring.

I have been conducting personal sessions for women for more than 7 years - I help you clarify their personal vision, career direction, create balance in life and achieve goals with a good sense of well-being.

TOPICS I WORK WITH:
- Self-realization,
- Creating business/job around your strengts and values,
-U nderstanding and transforming the obstacles that prevent you from starting or effectively developing your activities,
- Self-love, understanding of your needs, self-acceptance,
- Fear of criticism,
- Debilitating perfectionism,
- Fear of speaking in public, fear of appearing on social networks.

We can talk about other topic that is currently relevant and important to you.

During the coaching session, we communicate sincerely, I ask various thought-provoking questions, and I will share feedback.

BRIEFLY ABOUT ME:
I have graduated from an ICF-accredited coaching school in Lithuania, as well as an ICF-accredited coaching school in America, a 4-year cognitive behavioral psychotherapy program at the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, emotion release instructor courses and many other trainings. I am constantly improving my qualifications, I myself regularly visit both a coaching specialist and a psychotherapist. I think this is an inseparable duty of a good specialist, because I know very well what it means to be in the role of both a client and a specialist.
