I've scaled organizations internationally, built strategic partnerships, launched new entities, and led teams through change - including growing BAA Training into one of Europe's largest independent aviation training centers and now leading a company-wide transformation at Nordic Metrology Science. I also founded a leadership development center (Emblick) and launched a peer support initiative focused on resilience in aviation sector.
