About

Life rarely turns out the way that we initially expect it to.

If you had asked my peers and family what I would study at university when I was in 10th grade, most would have answered: “medicine”. Ironically, during that same summer and the remainder of the year I spent a lot of time in medical institutions. What I realized during my time there was that these institutions felt completely alien to me. Taking the next step was not particularly difficult – I simply had to close this door without looking back.

I was always eclectic and interested in many different disciplines, but my biggest passions at the time were psychology, philosophy, sociology, literature and journalism, which led to me studying public communications, as that was where all of those fields collided.

My study years were extremely eventful. I spent a lot of time as an interpreter during scientific conferences, took up an internship on television as a news reporter, decided to enroll in a minor study programme which combined business and psychology, contributed to the launch of a startup as a chief marketing officer, gave lectures to students on personality psychology, and actively participated in public life. The most memorable part of this period for me was the “Kaunas 2022 – European Capital of Culture” project during which I was the volunteer team leader. Finally, I graduated with Honours for an outstanding academic performance.

The next step followed shortly. Personality psychology had been my main passion for quite some time, so I decided to study strategic organizational management in order to be able to conduct more research and test various personality theories in the context of modern tribes – organizations. I not only studied management – I also taught it to higher education students. These experiences helped me to even better understand that I am a psychologist and a philosopher by nature. I have been living at the intersection of these two disciplines for many years now. I am particularly fascinated by the questions of personality and consciousness, which I try to unravel by combining the theories of Carl Jung, the neurosciences, and various other related fields.

Due to having gathered extensive knowledge and experience in these fields, I started leading individual mentorship sessions. During the sessions I help people overcome various personal challenges and deepen their understanding of themselves. We converse about problems at work, burnout, the meaning of life, and similar topics.
