Asta has spent more than 10 years in initiating and leading transformations in various organisations. She has started her professional career working with project/programme/portfolio management and later on moved to leadership positions.

Asta has established functions, teams and worked with senior stakeholders as well as whole organisation to define and lead strategic, tactical changes, improve processes, culture and ways of working. Majority of changes were made within infrastructure and technology space. Recently Asta has gained experience with operational and regulatory/compliance space which ensures her further development and growth which is a key driver for Asta.

Asta has also extended her coaching capabilities (ICC certification) and enjoys helping others in their professional or personal journey. More
