For me, mentoring is an opportunity to share my experience and knowledge with others, hoping that advice will help them make decisions or solve concerns.

Let's talk about:
- Law studies
- Human rights
- Activities of non-governmental organizations and public activities
- Equality and diversity
- Gender studies
- The public sector and its opportunities

Although these areas may seem relevant only to lawyers or sociologists, there is no need for the mentee to study or even have knowledge in these areas, as these areas are horizontal, touching almost all aspects of life. Therefore, I believe that the questions asked and the resulting discussion can be unique and valuable, showing new perspectives.
