I’ve spent the past eight years working in People & TA field. My success in this field comes from a natural ability to recognize people’s strengths and help them grow. I began my global TA journey at ESKIMI, a startup where I was responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding across multiple markets. I ensured consistent hiring standards worldwide and helped the company attract exceptional talent. I also initiated and led projects focused on candidate experience, new-hire onboarding, and learning.

Last autumn, I completed ICC coaching training program, which gave me a strong, structured foundation for mentoring and supporting people’s development.

Currently, I work at Netzet as a People & Talent Lead, where I build, implement, and oversee People and Talent Acquisition functions at an organizational level.
