I have experience in IT, Banking, HR Staffing industries in various roles: Customer Experience and Quality Manager, Trainer, Project and Program manager, Team Lead. I'm interested in innovations, new technologies and always look for continuous improvement. It helps me to understand business processes better and work with the process improvements based on international quality standards and methodologies (ISO9001, CMMI, Lean, ITIL, Agile). Last year I became Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP). With few colleagues we established CX association "Towards Customer" to spread CX message in Lithuania by implementing trainings and sharing information in LinkedIn.
