I am Roma Kęstavičienė — a business, team, and leadership professional with almost two decades of experience working with people, organizational processes, and change management. My career path includes senior leadership roles, strategic decision-making, team building, and talent development. I have worked as a COO, First Vice president in financial institutions, overseeing various business functions and personally experiencing what real professional challenges, internal shifts, and career transformations look like.

Today, I combine this experience with my coaching practice, which I chose as my new professional direction to help people move forward with more clarity, courage, and self-awareness. Working with clients, I see how strongly career changes are shaped not only by knowledge, but also by confidence, the ability to recognize one’s strengths, and the capacity to find a direction that truly fits.

By joining this project, I want to share my business and leadership experience and support people in understanding their potential, clarifying where they want to go, and moving intentionally toward change. My goal is to offer not theory, but real, practical insights drawn from my work with teams, leaders, and career transformations — insights that can help participants make stronger decisions and feel more prepared for their next chapter.
