By background Sofija is an organizational psychologist, passionate about cognitive and behavioural sciences that she has studied at a world-leading University College London - UCL (BSc, MSc). She has started her career in healthcare consulting and public policy, later moving to learning and development and then human resources. Prior to joining Hostinger, Sofija was leading HR team of 17 in her role as the Baltic head of HR at a big four professional services firm (EY). Outside of work Sofija is a loving mother, enjoys spending time with family, loves seaside, autumn and fiction books. More
