He advised me on which technology to focus on and taught me the responsibility, expectations of a mid level engineer and steps needed to get there. Tomas buvo kurį laiką mano mentorius ir nors neteko dirbti hands-on labai daug laiko kartu, tačiau pasiėmiau labai svarbų, key elementą iš jo - DE mindset. Ne viskas yra apie kodą, jį išmokt rašyt gali visi, ypač GPT laikais, daug daug daug kartų svarbiau yra požiūris ir teisinga mąstyseną. Kurią pasiėmus man įvyko trūkstamas breakthrough. Ačiū.
