Sometimes understanding begins to grow after a single conversation.
I've had such conversations and I really appreciate people who are able not only to listen and advise but also to tell inspirational stories. I continue this tradition because I really like to inspire and see positive change in mentees eyes and actions.
Expectations for a Mentee:
