I'm pleased to apply for the position of mentor at Vilnius University's Faculty of Economics and Business Administration as a student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management with a focus on business development, coaching, and education.

Helping international students who are enrolled at Vilnius University for their studies is something I am most passionate about. As a mentor, I would work to make this environment welcoming and inclusive for these students, assisting them in adjusting to the new way of life and academic requirements. I am well aware of the difficulties that international students encounter when studying abroad, and I think that I may be helpful in this area.

Along with my academic success and leadership experience, I am able to effectively communicate with a variety of people since I have good interpersonal skills. In Vilnius University's Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, I would be pleased to act as a mentor, and I eagerly anticipate the chance to have a positive influence on the school community.
