My name is Jurgita, and I’m a Senior Treasury Analyst at Girteka Group - one of Europe’s largest transport and logistics companies. With over 10 years of experience in corporate finance, I’ve grown into a leadership role where I oversee the Group’s overall cash flows and a significant debt portfolio with precision and purpose.

My daily work is anything but routine. I navigate complex, group-wide cash flow planning, ensure liquidity across diverse business units, and maintain strong, strategic relationships with financial institutions. Every decision I support is driven by a single goal: to keep the Group in a financially sound position - ready to meet its commitments to customers, financial partners, and employees.

Before joining Girteka, I was a Senior Credit Risk Analyst at OP Corporate Bank Lietuva, assessing the financial health and creditworthiness of major Baltic corporates. That experience sharpened my analytical mindset and deepened my understanding of resilience and value creation in business.

I hold a Master of Science in Finance from VU University Amsterdam, and I’m passionate about applying financial leadership that delivers real-world impact. In finance - just like in logistics - timing and foresight are everything, and making decisions grounded in data is key.
