Ensure the ongoing development of the Project Management Office (PMO) with a focus to coordinate efficiently, run & improve the Cross-functional Team (CFT) & all associated key projects & activities across both countries. CFT is BITĖ Group main body across both countries to define, allocate & ensure the execution of key company projects & the optimal resource allocation across the technical teams.
Allow to facilitate the development of Project Management methodology across the Company, from developing methodologies to provide trainings.
Step up as Project Manager (PM) if necessary for Company key projects.
