I am a leadership mentor. I genuinely believe that every person can live a meaningful professional life. I work with leaders using my own signature programs and internationally recognized methods.

Over my 25 years in the field of Human Resource Management, I have witnessed many changes and transformations, many of which I initiated and implemented together with my teams. But what has always fascinated me most are the transformations that happen within each of us. When we change, the world around us changes too.

I am deeply grateful to every person I’ve met on my professional journey - they are my teachers. Thanks to them, I am who I am today and on a professional path that brings meaning, joy, endless growth opportunities, and inner peace.

I am a U.S.-certified executive and career coach (Centre for Executive Coaching, Florida, and Institute for Life Coaching Training, Ohio). I am also a U.S.-certified Hogan Assessments expert, founder of the Boutique Institute of Leadership, and one of the top 100 women mentors in the world.
