About
I am a researcher with a Bachelor's in Psychology from Vilnius University and a Master's in Clinical Neuroscience from Utrecht University (Netherlands). I have practical experience in healthcare and research, having worked at Wilhelmina Children’s Hospital (Utrecht) and the Child Development Lab at the University of Cambridge (UK).
I have also contributed to public policy, working as an advisor at the Ministry of Social Security and Labour, coordinating inclusion and diversity initiatives, and supporting accessibility for people with disabilities.
My current doctoral research focuses on premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) and women’s emotional well-being throughout the menstrual cycle. I aim to deepen scientific knowledge and develop interventions to improve emotional and mental health.
As a mentor, I can support those exploring careers or studies in psychology, neuroscience, public policy, or social impact, considering international academic experiences, and interested in emotional health, inclusion, diversity, and accessibility. I value open dialogue, curiosity, and mutual growth.
