Mentoring has always been a significant part of my life. I have been fortunate to work with incredible mentors who have guided me on my dream career path. Now, I enjoy being a mentor to others as well. It's essential to give back to the community, just as other people have helped me in the past. I know firsthand how daunting it can be to take the first steps when you want to change your career field. As someone who graduated from history studies and transitioned into programming through hard work and mentorship, I understand the importance of guidance and support.
My experience in full-stack programming and data engineering has allowed me to mentor people, offer advice, and suggest practical solutions to complex technical problems. What I love most about mentoring is seeing people grow and the satisfaction they feel when they realise they are on the right career path. It's truly gratifying to see them succeed and have a smile on their face when they achieve their goals.
