About
The greatest human gift is the ability to give, not to take. This is the core principle I live by.
As a developmental leader, I find the greatest satisfaction in working within a growing team. I thrive in an environment of continuous improvement, and since 1999, I have been consciously developing and strengthening the competencies I apply in my professional activities. I have held leadership roles since 2006.
My key areas of expertise include: leading manufacturing organizations, driving organizational transformation and development, conducting laboratory-based road quality research, and contributing to the work of technical committees under the Lithuanian Standards Board.
I am a reliable and committed partner for those who are ready to move forward.

Labai patyręs mentorius. Nors daug nebendravome, bet iškalba, mokėjimas adaptuotis ir eiti prie tikslo pokalbyje mane labai nudžiugino. Jaučiausi, kad mentorius turi daug patirties su žmonėmis ir jų vedimu, atsakingas. Savęs išlaikymas prie viso to - tiesiog malonumas tokį žmogų pamatyti :) Iš mano pusės, kiek buvau nelabai gerai sudėliojus minčių - bet mentorius bangą mano pagavo, išrituliavo ir padėjo atsakyti į man rūpimą klausimą. Labai rekomenduočiau.
